Each student must register separately. If buying for a friend, please purchase or create an account under their name. All class packages and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. We currently have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you are cancelling more than 12 hours in advance, you will continue to have the credit on your account, available for use for any regular class according to your pass expiration date. Otherwise, the credit is forfeited and considered no show.

Liability Waiver *

I give Nude Floor permission to use my picture or video in brochures, advertising, the web, and in any other promotional materials for Nude Floor or any affiliated Nude Floor event.

I am in good medical condition; I have no known illness, physical defect or adverse medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in any of the classes.

I acknowledge the inherent risks of injury in class participation. I waive all claims, including negligence, against Nude Floor, it’s officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated entities.

I hereby release Nude Floor from liability, assuming full responsibility for injury risks in class participation. I am aware that this is a release of liability and an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury.
