How to Book a Class

1. Choose a class pack or buy a single class pass.
2. 1 class = 700 credits.
3. Fill up the form and submit the payment confirmation by uploading your confirmation receipt. We take GCash or Chinabank payments.
4. You will receive an email confirmation with your PACKAGE OR SINGLE PASS CODE.
5. Important Note: Save the email and the code, you will need it when you book a class.

1. Navigate to the Book a Class page to view available classes, schedule, and instructors.
2. Click on the class you’d like to attend. You can read more details about the class type, level, and instructor.
3. Enter your details and PASTE YOUR CLASS or PACKAGE CODE from your credit purchase confirmation email. You also have an option of registering and logging in to your account via the email you used for purchasing credits.
4. Review the class details and click Confirm Booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the class information.

All class packs and credits are non-transferable
and non-refundable.

We currently have a 12-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations should be done via the website. The platform will automatically restore your credit as long as cancellation is done 12 hours before class. The credit will be available for use for any regular class according to your pass expiration date. Otherwise, the credit is forfeited and considered no show.

All bookings made in studio or within an hour before class will be considered walk-in rate.
NF Fit Club : Barre Workout with Tik
Barre workout focuses on small, controlled movements that target specific muscle groups, particularly in the core, legs, and glutes. On this class, we will use a ballet barre for support, and the workouts aim to improve flexibility, strength, and posture.
NF Fit Club: Functional Fitness with Phill
Main areas to focus on are going to be mobilization of joints, balance and proprioception work, core stability and strength, proper functional movement patterns, and metabolic conditioning.

Hip hop (Open) with Jigoro Gragasin
Learn basic Hiphop foundations and party dance vocabs applied to Hiphop music. In this class, students in all levels will be able to take more time to discover more about dance, technique, and musicality thru drills, activities, freestyle, and choreography.

A signature calisthenics class designed for beginner to intermediate levels. The program focuses on mastering calisthenics fundamentals such as pull-ups, dips, push-ups, and squats. Students will progressively increase reps and explore advanced skills as they build strength and confidence.

The style was influenced by several types of movement, including Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, African dance, Latin dance, and martial arts. It is often seen as a footwork heavy dance, but is not limited on dancing with the feet.
House Dance is about freedom, improvisation, and feeling the music.
Ballet (Open) with Brian
A welcoming class for adults of all levels, whether you’re returning to ballet or trying it for the first time. This session emphasizes graceful movement, posture, and flexibility while providing a great workout. No prior experience is necessary—just bring comfortable attire and a willingness to learn!

Popping (Int) with Ian Villanueva
Popping is a West Coast street-dance from the Boogaloo, Robotting, and Strutting movements of the 70s.
This workshop-style class is recommended for dancers with some experience, or those looking to develop the foundation and technique in Popping styles. Experience movement drills, clear breakdowns, and group exercises that will help refine your control, fluidity, isolation, and confidence in freestyle dance.
Dancehall Intensive with Louise Castillo
A 6-session experience exploring the evolution of Dancehall through movement, music, history, and culture.

Designed for dancers of all levels, this intensive moves through three defining eras of Dancehall:
OLD SKOOL — The Foundation
MIDDLE SKOOL — The Evolution
NEW SKOOL — The Innovation
Through guided training, freestyle, performance creation, and battle preparation, students will strengthen musicality, expand movement quality, and develop confidence in individual expression.
The program culminates in “Riddim & Recognition” a final showcase, freestyle battle, and celebration of each student’s journey through Dancehall.
