NF Fit Club : Yoga with Chloe

Classes will be based on the Vinyasa Yoga method (also commonly known as “flow”), where the postures are linked with breathing. Students can expect a slower-paced class with a good mix of strengthening and stretching postures, but always with emphasis on listening to the breath and honoring the needs of the body.
