What age and experience level is ideal for Nude Floor classes?

All Nude Floor Classes are beginner-friendly or open level. Any Intermediate to Advanced classes will be indicated on our class descriptions and our social media platforms.

What are your modes of payment?

You may pay for your classes through GCash. We also accept walk-ins and you can pay in cash.

I can’t make it to class. Can I get a refund?

All class packs and credits are non-transferable and-non refundable. However, we currently have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations should be done via the website. Our booking platform will automatically restore your credit as long as cancellation is done 12 hours before class. The credit will be available for use for any regular class according to your pass expiration date. Otherwise, the credit is forfeited and considered no show.

Can I transfer my booking to another person?

Bookings are non-transferable. Should you be unable to make it to your scheduled class, please let us know atleast 12 hours prior to your registered class and you may use the credit for another session happening in the month.

I would like to take another class instead. Can I do that?

Yes, as long as it is within the 12 hour cancellation policy, you may use your class credit for any session within the expiry of your class card.

I bought a class pack via the website, and would like to request an extension for the validity period.

When you purchase a card, you must use up the classes within the validity period. This cannot be extended for any reason. Exceptions will be given if a medical certificate can be provided for inability to take class. Please email us at hello@nudefloor.com for further inquiries.
