Loud

I have been thinking a lot lately. A lot to the point that its too much to handle. Voices in my head and words that are stuck in my mouth. Sometimes, there's no point in concealing it when it's already hurting us. There will come a time that it will all be spoken out loud.

This piece reflects my thoughts constrained within but shown through movement.
